[3-3-1] Warrant requirements

If and when a search warrant is issued, it must:

(a) Be based on “probable cause”;
(b) Be “supported by oath or affirmation”;
(c) Particularly describe what is to be searched and seized; and
(d) Be issued by a neutral magistrate.
